• Tampering with infrastructure or safety systems
• Possession of weapons, drugs, or illegal substances
• Recording in restricted areas without permission
• Disruptive behavior or public intoxication
• Violating posted signage or staff instructions

Violation of these rules may result in immediate expulsion without refund and potential legal action.

3.1 Hospitality Reservations

For hotel accommodations:

• All reservations require valid payment method and contact information
• Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed
• Check-in time: 4:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Cancellation policies vary by rate type
• No-show reservations forfeit first night payment
• Minimum age for primary guest: 18 years

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment processing:

• Payments processed through secure compliant systems
• Accepted methods: major credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets
• Full payment required at time of booking unless otherwise specified
• All fees and taxes disclosed before confirmation
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

4.1 APEX Las Vegas Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by APEX Las Vegas or licensed from third parties:

• APEX Las Vegas name, logo, and branding
• Website design and functionality
• Educational content and publications
• Photographs, videos, and multimedia
• Technology specifications

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

4.2 User-Generated Content

By posting content on our platforms:

• You grant APEX Las Vegas a license to use your content for marketing purposes
• You represent that you own or have rights to the content
• You agree not to post illegal or offensive material
• We reserve the right to remove any content

5.1 Assumption of Risk

APEX Las Vegas involves inherent risks:

• You acknowledge risks associated with visiting our facility
• Environments may include varying conditions
• Physical activities carry risk of injury
• You assume all risks associated with your visit
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors

5.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• APEX Las Vegas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
